100 Burpee pull-ups

Ideally, the pull-up bar is one foot above your reach.

75 burpee pull-ups in 25 minutes

This was more fun than it sounds. Adding a jumping pull-up breaks up the intensity of the burpees and is more mentally stimulating than just a burpee.
