Sabbatical Begins…. Wait.
My last two weeks have been crazy at work, but I feel I have left everyone with the right tools to cover me. Walking out on Friday was an unreal feeling. My sabbatical had officially begun, but we still had 3 days before our flight to Germany.
Saturday we got the house ready, today we packed and played, and tomorrow we are tying up any loose ends. I have made a point to talk to Max every day about going to Germany. Today at BayView Park, we saw several jets taking off and we assumed all of them were going to Germany. Oh, and when I say we, I really mean Stephanie. She has done a fantastic job of planning and organizing.
Tomorrow is our last full day in town, and after that Germany for four weeks!
